What do you mean, there’s only 2 real choices and one is absolutely Repugnant and the other is just Disappointing. Voting 3rd party is a waste of a vote, independents will never win no matter how hard bad actors try to split the vote from Democrats. So you either vote D to maintain Status Quo and try again to slowly change the system or Vote R and lose more freedoms.

Just another way the game is rigged. If I spent every cent I had to create a risky startup, I’d be homeless. If someone from an affluent family spends every cent they have, they’d always be able to borrow life changing money (even 5k could change someone’s life) or move in to someone’s summer home, etc.
It doesn’t cost money, you could just pay to remove ads. Unless you want all the super fancy features with premium. I bought sync for reddit years ago but I’m sticking with the regular non-premium with Lemmy.
